Rory is MDE’s owner and principal. He leads the Discovery Review and remains accountable for the advice and the next step.

That is the whole model. There is no bench to rotate you onto, no account layer between you and the work, and no junior substitution once the engagement starts. The person who reviews your platform is the person you speak to, and the person whose name is on the recommendation.

An associate may be engaged for a defined task, with role and scope agreed transparently. Rory remains accountable for the engagement; an associate is never presented as staff.
