Rory helps owners and decision makers decide what is worth doing before a Microsoft, data or AI project starts. That often means untangling reports people no longer trust, comparing vendor proposals on a level footing, or turning a long list of possible projects into a short, defensible sequence. The work begins by validating the current state, clarifying the decisions that actually matter, and setting out a clear next step, not a predetermined solution.

Rory’s background spans over a decade in public-sector project management, data and operations roles, working alongside architecture and governance responsibilities. He holds a Master of Information Technology with a Data Science major. That combination of delivery accountability, data practice and architecture judgement shapes a practical, evidence-led read on where Microsoft, data and AI genuinely fit into business decisions.

MDE usually starts with a Discovery Review when current-state clarity is needed before a platform, data or AI decision. Rory may then provide a Design Sprint, Delivery Sprint, Workshop, Training & IP, or Embedded Advisory & AI Assurance when the next step calls for it. Book a Discovery Review.
